The Micro-e support services range from ad hoc time and materials maintenance through to comprehensive pre-paid support with scheduled pro-active visits. We’ll provide support and maintenance for your PCs, servers and network operating systems – we care about your business so we’ll care about your data too. Our focus will be to get both your systems and your business up and running again, as soon as possible.

We also have a remote diagnosis capability (controlled by you) through which we can examine your system and determine the best remedial action. Often we can even rectify software and configuration problems remotely.

Level 1 – Comprehensive, 2 hours paid time per month, regular pro-active service visits

Level 2 – Network operating system support

Level 3 – Time and materials with guaranteed response times

Level 4 – Ad hoc (time and materials)

Through a support contract we can take the concerns of maintaining your systems and network – from configuration and compatibility issues, to repairs and software installation – off your hands.
